When there's 100+ seeds and 1 peer on the torrent, there's no guarantee you can even GET the 1 peer on 1-2 tracker updates over an hour, by which time the peer is now a seed as well. You'll likely get 50 seed ip:port values only. Uploading to the 1 peer is effectively impossible for firewalled seeds and unlikely for not-firewalled seeds.
